We created Harmony Inclusive Care, an unregistered disability support provider, with a simple vision: to deliver support that respects every person’s culture, values, and beliefs.

We know that no two person are the same and neither the support they need. That’s why we take the time to understand you before anything else.

We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants as well as private clients who are not part of the NDIS. We are not able to support NDIA-managed participants.

We follow NDIS Code of Conduct and maintain high standards of safety, respect, and quality to ensure every person’s receives safe, reliable, and compassionate support.

Worker Screening & Safety

Your safety is our priority.

All Harmony Inclusive Care workers maintain:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening (or equivalent police clearance)

  • Working With Children Check (when supporting children)

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Mandatory safety and support training

  • Ongoing supervision and quality checks

Our team follows strict safety procedures and treats every person with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

Harmony Inclusive Care follows the NDIS Code of Conduct, which means our workers are committed to:

FAQs

Are you NDIS registered?

No Harmony Inclusive Care we are no required to be NDIS registered for the services we provide. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

We are fully insured and operate under a valid ABN and ACN, with NDIS-ready quality policies in place.

What services do you offer?

We offer personal care, domestic assistance, community access, transport, life skills support, job readiness and in-home support.

How can I get started?
Do you offer transport?

Yes - absolutely

Do you accept self-managed participants?

Yes, we provide safe, reliable transport to appointments, outings, and community activities.

Do you accept plan-managed participants?

Yes - we work with plan managers/coordinators. Your invoices go directly to them.

What don’t you do?

We don’t provide clinical services, nursing, allied therapies, behavioural support plans, or high-intensity support. However, we will happily recommend you to other providers who do.

Are you insured?

Yes - we are fully insured for all the supports we provide.
